Pilates - Hot Pilates
At Cōre Studio, you can choose between classic Pilates and Hot Pilates. Pilates helps strengthen your core, improve your posture, and enhance your balance through controlled and precise movements. For those who want to intensify the experience, Hot Pilates, practiced in a heated room, offers a more dynamic workout that promotes flexibility, circulation, and a good sweat—ideal for strengthening the body while releasing tension.
Fusion circuit
Get ready to push your limits with a complete, intense and motivating circuit!
Weights from 5 to 50 lbs – suitable for all levels, you choose your weight to push your limits! Abs, cardio, lower body, upper body, and control are all there. With the music at full blast, it's impossible not to give it your all!
Yoga
Yoga invites you to reconnect with your body and mind through postures, conscious breathing, and exercises that improve balance and flexibility. For a more intense experience, Hot Yoga, practiced in a heated room, allows you to deeply relax your muscles, eliminate toxins, and push your limits while experiencing a feeling of total well-being.

This workout is practiced in a heated room, combining toning movements and catchy rhythms from all corners of the world.
